TAEKWONDO

Taekwondo, meaning ‘the way of the foot and fist’, is a martial art distinguished by its focus on high kicks, jumping and spinning techniques, and a diverse range of hand strikes, blocks, and takedown maneuvers.

Practicing Taekwondo fosters the development of self-control, discipline, and self-confidence, while simultaneously cultivating physical strength and mental resilience. At Indomitable Martial Arts (IMA), we specialize in teaching the 24 Chang Hon patterns, a series formulated by General Choi. These patterns are an integral part of our curriculum, designed to enhance the technical proficiency and holistic understanding of Taekwondo among our practitioners.
